The 5-minute Cabbage Recipe I Make At Least Once A Week

Ingredients:

– 1 small green cabbage, chopped – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 tablespoon soy sauce – 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) – Red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until hot. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

Add the chopped cabbage to the pan. Stir well to coat the cabbage evenly in the garlic-infused oil for even cooking.

Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Toss everything together to make sure all cabbage pieces are seasoned and cooking evenly.

Stir-fry the cabbage for 3–4 minutes until slightly wilted but still bright green and a bit crunchy.

Add soy sauce and continue to toss for another minute to allow flavors to soak into the cabbage and enhance its natural sweetness.

For extra flavor, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle some red chili flakes if you like a little heat in your dish.

Serve hot as a side or enjoy it as a light main dish with rice or noodles. It’s fast, simple, and packed with flavor!
