Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef – 1 onion, chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz) – 1 can kidney beans (15 oz) – 1 can chili beans (15 oz) – 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz) – 1 packet chili seasoning mix – 1 tsp cumin – 1 tsp paprika – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef to the slow cooker.

Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the beef in the slow cooker, stirring to combine.

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili beans, and tomato sauce into the slow cooker. Mix everything together well.

Sprinkle in the chili seasoning mix, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the spices.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally if possible.

Once the chili is ready, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a spicier kick, add some hot sauce or extra chili powder.

Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions for added flavor. Enjoy!
