Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef – 1/2 lb ground pork – 1 small onion, chopped – 1 egg – 1 cup breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup ketchup – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp dried thyme – 1/2 tsp paprika – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and ketchup until well combined.

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika to the meat mixture, mixing thoroughly. Ensure spices are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a greased loaf pan. Press gently to form an even shape.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Pour this glaze over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly across the top.
