Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless chicken breasts – 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 tablespoon butter – 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano. Make sure each piece is evenly coated on both sides for great flavor.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
