Oatmeal Banana Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 ripe bananas (mashed) – 1 cup rolled oats – ¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter) – ½ tsp cinnamon – ¼ tsp salt – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts

1

In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Mix until the dough is well combined.

2

Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or raisins if using. These mix-ins add texture and flavor to the naturally sweet and soft cookie base.

3

Scoop dough by the tablespoon and drop onto a lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a spoon to help shape the cookies evenly.

4

Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.

5

Enjoy these cookies fresh, or store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days. A perfect grab-and-go option for busy mornings or healthy snacking.
