Easy Baked Chicken Flautas

Ingredients:

– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover) – 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend) – ½ teaspoon cumin – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – Salt and pepper to taste – 8 small flour tortillas – Cooking spray or olive oil – Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil to prevent sticking.

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Spoon filling onto tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Lightly brush or spray rolled flautas with olive oil or cooking spray. This helps them bake to a golden, crispy finish.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through if needed, until the flautas are crispy and golden brown on all sides.

Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, or your favorite salsa. They’re great as appetizers or a main course.
